Shimano Crucial ;)

Dobyn's and St Croix. Only used St. Croix's service and it was excellent. Love my Dobyn's rods.

Loomis and Shimano tied for me. St Croix and Dobyns are a very close second. The vast majority of my rods are from those four manufacturers, and there's a reason for that.

My Hurricane Redbones are my favorite inshore rods, as inshore fishing is my main venue this is where I put my attention. I'm having trouble with my redbones, I keep having guides corrode and break, 2 are in for repair right now. They are good Fuji guides and the same ones are on other rods I have with no problem, maybe I'm not rinsing them down well enough. At any rate next time around I may be looking at another brand, I have 2 Stars and they are pretty good.

Tough question for me, kind of looking around and testing many brands now, or should I say whenever I can fit a new rod into the budget, but if I had to chose one that has served me well since the day I began bass fishing 20 some years ago, I would have to say Loomis however thats Loomis as in Gary before Shimano as in the MBR series IMX, GLX and even GL3 of which gets no respect but has worked great for me for many years.

I carry (and use) rods by AllStar, Powell, Lamiglas, AllPro, and Falcon. Oh yes, I also have one of Skeets W&M rods that so far has worked just great for various lures. Favorite??? don't have one.

Definitely Powell. Their rods are more than competitive for the price range, and the customer service is excellent.

Loomis or St. Croix, whichever one I'm using at the time. If pressed, I'd probably say St. Croix spinning rods and Loomis casting rods.

Lamiglas, Loomis and Dobyns make up my entire arsenal. Can't say that I really like any one better than the others.

Never owned a rod but I can say okumas customer service is second to none. I fell and bent the bail wire and cracked the one end cap while trout fishing with my trio hs spinning reel and they sent me parts twice no questions asked . They also said if those parts don't work or if I still have a problem they would fix my reel free of charge!

But sticking to the question. My vote is for Powell, second by St Croix, 3rd Abu garcia
