I used my first one yesterday and love them.  It turns all of my favorite plastic into a jig that is weedless.

The only problem is that they are 2 for 5.99.  Does anyone else make them, maybe one of our own guys?

I may try and get Gman to make these....would you guys use them?

Or are you guys just looking for the skirts with the band without the weights?

This is pretty much what V&M made, it's just that head with a skirt banded on. Biggest issue with this is it's lead not tungsten. If it's just for basic fishing, it shouldn't be an issue. But if you're planning to use it for punching or anything, it makes it 10 times harder to get into the cover.

What would be the difference from just threading a jig skirt on to the line? Has anyone tried it? I have one tied on now and it looks pretty dang good, I just dont know how it will actually perform.
