Took a trip to Barkley lake yesterday first time out in my new to me tr20 by myself. Had a pretty good day water temps were in the mid to upper 60's so I started in the shallows thinking the fish maybe trying to bed. No luck there so i moved back to the secondary points and the deeper banks moving back. Found my first fish of the day in 7 fow on a bandit 200 crankbait.

I caught a few more smaller fish on the crank bait till i stopped to eat a pbj sandwich. After lunch I thought I would try a jig the fish didn't seem overly aggressive. After switching to a jig I went on to catch 4 more keepers
