Quillback Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Tiger pulled off an impressive win at the Arnold P invitational this weekend. Just in time for The Masters. There's a lot of Tiger haters out there, but I enjoy watching the guy play, I hope he's in the hunt on the last day of The Masters, makes it a lot more fun to watch. It would be great to see him and Phil paired together and in the lead on day 4. Quote
Al Wolbach Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 I agree, glad to see him win...............Al Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted March 26, 2012 Super User Posted March 26, 2012 No Tiger haters here, other than the fact that he, since his first airing on t.v,, always has a "cry baby" appearance about him. I love watching Tiger and Phil go at it too. I hope Tiger finds a way to recapture his game and start kicking ars again. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted March 26, 2012 Super User Posted March 26, 2012 No modern player brings excitement to the game like Tiger Woods. He was near perfect on a very hard course, I do not believe this is just a victory, I do believe great things are to come, no question in my mind he will regain #1 world ranking. Luke Donald is really a journeyman golfer, consistent but lacks the firepower to be a multiple major winner. McIlroy will challenge Tiger, but a small handful of victories and 1 major doesn't come close to 72 wins and 14 majors, he too will be intimidated, has yet to play against Woods when Woods is in the zone. detroit1 Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Yippie! Tiger is about the only person in any sport that i root against. He's a creep that knows how to golf. And my shoes would cost $20 less if they didn't pay him. Quote
Super User Sam Posted March 27, 2012 Super User Posted March 27, 2012 I am looking forward to reading his new book, My Favorite 18 Holes. At least he is making golf fun to watch again. 1 Quote

Sfritr Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 I am looking forward to reading his new book, My Favorite 18 Holes. At least he is making golf fun to watch again. Is this a book about golf or his favorite "holes" ????????? Quote
Ima Bass Ninja Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Glad to see him win...not sure if he's "back" yet though. He'll need a few more wins and a major or two before he is back to dominating the way he used to. The great thing about watching him play is not his winning, but the incredible shots he hits while he's winning. That's what separates him and a few others as fan favorites. No one wants to see someone win who just idles there way through the back nine by aiming at the middle of greens and making 2 putt pars. Quote
