Prior to a Tournament, how many pre-planned spots do you have laid out that you're going to or plan to fish?

Thanks

On my home water probably less than a dozen. I have divided the water in half. Will fish either north or south, but rarely both, to have more time fishing and less time running. Depending on fishing I will hit some spots twice.

Could be one, could be six. Some lakes, it's a timing thing, you can wait the fish out, or spot hop to find active fish. I usually have about three spots, though in general.

Depends on time of year ;)

I fish some pre-spawn tourneys where I have move between 3-4 spots and I fish some summer night tournaments where I'll anchor all night on 1 spot.

With the new iPilot being able to record 6 Tracks now instead of 3, it could really help out during Tournaments. Basically Record all of the spots you want to fish on Tourney Day during your Practice day. Then on Tournament day hit those Way points and click, Start to End or End to Start.

I try to build four patterns two limit size fish patterns and two individual big fish patterns and try to keep it to those four locations and i may fish those four or five time during the day
