Super User roadwarrior Posted March 20, 2012 Super User Posted March 20, 2012 Sure... Read about Davy Hite's victory at Pickwick last year: http://www.bassresou...-lake-3-11.html I have personally done very well with this bait. Quote
craww Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Their a sleeper bait. A close friend does really well on them. They swim more even keel than the 3 mattlures I own. Stripers Crush em. Quote

OK Bass Hunter Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 They work really well for me. I use em for bass, hybrids and saugeye in my neck of the woods. Quote

Super User A-Jay Posted March 22, 2012 Super User Posted March 22, 2012 Yeah, but I only got one color! Exactly - and it's the right color. A-Jay Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted March 22, 2012 Global Moderator Posted March 22, 2012 There's also the Havoc Grass Pigs by Berkley. I'm quickly becoming a believer in these baits. Put them on a swimbait jighead or keel weighted hook, cast them out and reel slowly or fish them like a swim jig and hold on! My friend did really good with one on the back of a spinnerbait the other day too. Haven't tried one on an A-rig but I'm sure they'd be great. Quote
Super User tomustang Posted March 22, 2012 Super User Posted March 22, 2012 I just started pushing them on to my wife, she loves them, they kill on the water and they are so much cheaper than all the others Quote
craww Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 Spent a day drift fishing on the Cheasapeake Bay last year. The stripers were relating tight to the pillings. We tryed every spoon, hair jig, and plug in the boat, but those swimbaits were the only thing to get so much as a nibble. We caught 30+ between 4 of us. Quote
Nice_Bass Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 Anybody tried these? Any good? hollow belly, swimshad, flatback? I personally use the flatback rigged on a jig head with good success. Quote
OK Bass Hunter Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 I use the 4inch shad colored, either jigging or a straight swimming retrieve around rip rap and cover. You will lose a few but it's worth the catching. Quote
I-wanna-fish-now Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 I like the baits I catch alot of big fish on em but I don't like the hooks that come in the package I like the hooks that come in the bass magic ones better Quote
