Zoff Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Anybody fishing it? I have been a few times this year and it is less than stellar. Today... just a struggle to put 5 in the boat. So much trash/logs/sticks in the water I was afraid to bring the boat up to speed. All I heard was thumps on the hull. Not to mention all the dead grass...cast.... reel in.... clean off... repeat. Zoff Posted March 24, 2012 Author Posted March 24, 2012 Guess I am the only one thick enough to waste my time on Leesville. Quote
OneFisher85 Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 I'm thinking about trying it. I've never been on leesville. How's the fishing on it? Quote
Zoff Posted March 24, 2012 Author Posted March 24, 2012 I guess that's what I am hoping someone will answer. I have never done much there and when I have gone... messy water. Quote
dustin11 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 I live about 30-45 min. from leesville lake and have thought about trying it but I always go to smith mountain. I have heard that on leesville, the place to go is old woman's creek and in the summertime I have heard a spinner bait works. I hope to try it out this summer. Quote
