I recently bought the Lew's Speed Spool and I am looking to get another Lews baitcast reel but I am not sure what I should go with. I am looking at the Lews Tournament Speed Spool and I can't tell the difference between the Tournament Speed Spool and the Speed Spool except for the Tournament has both the magnetic spool break and centrifical cast control where the Speed spool doesn't. Is there a difference between the two except for the price point and the cast control that I am missing? I am not sure what would be the best choice to go with. I love my Speed spool and want another Lews. HELP ME OUT PLEASE!!!

Thanks

Make sure to check out the Tournament Pro Speed Spool also. Great Lews reel.

The dual braking system is the difference, and then you have the tourney pro which is the same as the tourney but it is light weight at 6.7oz. Performance is pretty close across the board and I'd have to say the $99 dollar speed spool is without a doubt the best value priced reel on the market.

I can't help you out on the ones you selected, but I fish with 3 Tornament Pros and love'em. Very fine reels. You can get them as low as 175 if u shop around.
