Charness0001 Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Can't find any good maps of this lake, and its really low due to them draining it some. Planning on heading there Sunday and looking for some pointers on where to start fishing. Water temp is around 45 degrees Quote
Sfritr Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 You better check for random houses in the lake after today's storms. Lol. Quote
McAlpine Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 heck, if your in e-town, just go to Nolin. oh, and try to dodge the houses in the middle of the road. What a mess this was today. Quote
Charness0001 Posted March 16, 2012 Author Posted March 16, 2012 Yea, it was pretty bad. Got lucky though and nothing major hit here. Still I've searched all over and cannot find a topic map of the lake. I hate wasting precious fishing time when a map could help ten-fold. I don't own an expensive fishfinder with side imaging so unless I just happen to run exactly over something I miss it. Quote
Andy Lafave Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 I havent been able to find a lake map either. I know that in front of the boat ramp and anywhere south of there it is normally about 15-18 feet deep. Its gotta be down a couple feet now though. A guy from work has been going there the last couple days. His kid got one 4 pounds the other day and one over 5 pounds yesterday. Also have been catching crappies off the pier. Im gonna go try it tomorrow even though I dont care much for this lake. Ill post my results when im done Quote
