dave Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 20 years ago there was a bait called a power pack. Sold first at all the shows and then at every Kmart and Walmart. Pure gimmick at the time. A friend bought three. Never caught a fish. $7 each, 20 years ago. He still has them. Came in fish and frog. Kicking tail or kicking legs. Quote
Super User RoLo Posted September 25, 2009 Super User Posted September 25, 2009 Actually, those soft suction strikes are very common when a lure is worked in place on a slick surface. What I'm wondering though, is whether the battery is included? ;D Roger Quote
swimbait Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 I don't know guys, looks like a wind up bath toy with hooks to me... You took the words right out of my mouth. Interesting though... Quote
swimbait Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 On the Frog Ltd. website the bait is sold out. A friend of mine speaks japanese and got a few of these baits. He sent me one to try out. I have no idea how much he paid for them. The bait is built alot more solid than it looks and does get the attention of the fish. Unfortunately the topwater bite ist non-exitent around here at the moment and I couldn't catch anything with it yesterday. A 4lber. did come look at the bait but then turned away.Another video: quote] Match up the pole in this video and Senko_77's hoodie and what do you get? ;D Quote
mattm Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Lol. Matt, you would have to have been at the Guntersville Roadtrip to understand that one. But yes, it could be worn by either a homeless man or woman Lol, I saw the threads about your cute jacket, and I'll stick by my orginal comment. I know some homeless men, but not chicks, sorry. ;D Quote
