Not sure which one any input would help?

I have noticed on this forum that there is no need to ask which

One of anything if one of them is Shimano.

I have a Symetre. I have to say it has been the silkiest, smoothest, finest performing reel I've ever had in a spinning reel. Casting and line control have been totally flawless as well, but I do use the KVD line treatment with mine too, so in combination, the reel and spray together, there is no better performance to be had.

yeah, you might want to search the forums for threads about the new Carbonlite reel. I think there was a thread in here a month ago, but yeah, cant go wrong with the Symmetry.

i've had very good luck out of the bps reels i've been using the past couple of years, but they're all casters. i ordered a jcl750 on friday when they went on sale, but i won't get it in til next week sometime. hopefully it'll be as good to me as the carbonlites & pro qualifier tournaments!

I got to play with the 750 Carbonlite at BPS on Friday. Looks like a nice reel. But I wouldn't trade one of my Symetre for it. I will say I have a 1000FJ that has been through it and still functions like a new reel. I have used it for River Smallies to 10lb carp. No problems. It has been trout fishing at least twice a week since I got it. If you are looking at using it for just bass get a 2500. I have 500, 1000, and 2500's in the symetre and Love'em.

X2 I have the 2500 on a 6' 6" mh/f with 20 # braid I use for soft plastics.
