Hit the Big-O yesterday with South FLA. We got some fish on the outside weed line with a swim jig & spinnerbait. Moved in looking for cleaner water and more fish but only slowly picked at them. We finally found some clearer water and some beds & Robert caught a nice one making long random casts trying to cover ground. We caught about 25 bass for the day with the best five weighing between 22-23 lbs. We both wore out the spro popping frogs we have been using for the last couple of trips. Great day to be out searching for a Big-O fish.

Nice Lake O beauties.

Nothing better to be on the lake in the late afternoon/early morning with the water so calm.

Yup water was SLICK, we wish we had a bit of a wind at times, but it was just a great day to be out, the sun really never came out so at least we did not cook. Saw plenty of beds with some company, but the Lake is so massive and has so many fish I think we will have waves of fish still spawning until March, although I believe the bulk have spawned out. The post spawn bite is going to be ON, with 100-200 fish days coming soon.

Gotta love the fishery, once again had a great time Dwight, to bad we could not beat the outing you had with Justin.
