Fished Glenn Springs this morning and had a pretty good day. 15 total, biggest was 3.4 and a couple of 2lbers. I have fished this lake a lot more this summer and really like it. I have caught a lot of 3 and 4 lb fish out of there this year. I just cant seem to snag a big'un!! With that said, my fishing days will slow down a lot because this teacher has to go back to work :(   It has been a good summer and I got to do what I love the most "FISH"!!  LOL, Will have to do most of my fishing on the weekends now.

I'm glad some one can catch bass there . I went this morning and couldn't even get a tease.

Ha ha, I love your handle!!

It would be hard for me to be in Coldwater and NOT be on Butla, best big crappie lake in the world  :)

Show us some pics of what y'all are catching, it has gotten slow around here lately on the pond-hopper thread.

Here's one to get the ball rolling, just a regular pic, no funny business here....... :eyebrows:

Nice job!  Trout Magnets will destroy the Bream and Crappie in the ponds as well, 2 lb test is fun fishing.

Just a quick questions.  Has anyone fished the two lakes behind Stevie B's off of Whitten.  I have been told that there are bass there just wanted to see if anyone had been there or even better been there recently.

Hello memphis pond hoppers ther are two apartments lakes that we can fish off of ridgeway. The first one u would have to turn in the arbor apartments thats on the right side if u come off of kirby on to knight Arnold turn in and go to the left and park walk through the breeze way and the pond is straight ahead. Fish just bite funny but there are slabs in there. The other apartments is called the lakes at ridgeway just got to hope the gate is open just dont eat the fish trash in the lake but it has sum monsters in there just have to make them bite start by the office thats the deepest part

Pond hopper with boats and without boats try the navy base lakes they have four ponds there wish my phone would stop saying my picture to big. But i caught a 4lb bass there on a spinners bait. I have seen a few slabs cum from there but remember catch and release so the next guy gets a chance to get a slab. And again my grandma has a pond that been there for 50 plus years if anyone want to meey up and go there off of cassey rd in ms but the grass is super high cause nobody wants to walk through itor deal with the snakes but thats what u want crappie there to just havent came across fishermen that will go. I think im going to stock it with Florida bass next year and add more brim and minnows to. Going to make it a great lake just have to stop the people thats been sneaking on it. But message me if your down to fish i love to trade tips and learn. Im a buzzbait and worm fool. Beware of my hula popper calls them from the deepest water.

I haven't had much luck with OB park other than some small ones from the smaller pond that's across from the oval track. Central Park in Southaven is a much better option...

4.5lber today from Central Park on a NorthStar swim jig (bull gill) rage tail menace.
