flippin and pitchin Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 I contacted a reliable source for the answer on PAA discount. 30% for the Affinity level membership. Check with PAA if there is a recent change however. Quote
Brian Needham Posted February 22, 2012 Author Posted February 22, 2012 I paid for a membership a few days ago.... the general $50 one........still says pending so I cant log in yet.....GRRRRRRR. Quote
Aluma-Bass Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 40% what level membership for that? Quote
Midnight Splash2 Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I paid for a membership a few days ago.... the general $50 one........still says pending so I cant log in yet.....GRRRRRRR. I felt the same way after signing up. Just be patient. Once you get another email( about a week) then email back asking to get setup for the member store. Your Paa login and password does not work for the store. The $20 Affinity is all you need for the discounts. The same discount applies to General and Affinity. Quote
Super User NorcalBassin Posted February 23, 2012 Super User Posted February 23, 2012 .25 You guys not believing me or what??? The membership "access" took around a week as far as I can recall. I had also heard that it was 40% but that's not what it says when I'm in there (maybe it recently changed to less of a discount?). Quote
G3Steve Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 I joined two days ago. I didn't get immediate access so I left a message using the form on their contact page and they got back to me the next day. They just asked for the username and password I wanted to use and they got me set up within a few hours. I also see 25% discount on Dobyns. I have the basic $20 membership. Do the more expensive memberships get a bigger discount? Quote
Bermise Posted June 25, 2018 Posted June 25, 2018 Any one know of vendors that will discount Dobyn rods? Quote

Tackle warehouse does discounts a few times a year that include Dobyns Rod I have seen some discounted prices on Amazon for some of their higher level rods. Some of these are direct from Amazon and others are from 3rd party stores. You may want to see what retailers are selling Dobyns rods on Amazon and contact those retailers directly to see if they will work a deal for you Quote
evilcatfish Posted June 26, 2018 Posted June 26, 2018 eBay coupons pop up often and American Legacy honors them Quote
junyer357 Posted June 26, 2018 Posted June 26, 2018 Check dobyns website as well. I have bought a few rods used from them, that were trade in rods. Quote
Bermise Posted June 30, 2018 Posted June 30, 2018 Thanks for the replies. Hopefully there will be a 4th of July sale soon Quote

Plus I dont have a boat and or fish tournaments. I would like to however. Im assuming by your name that you are in Toledo, OH. I am as well. Go to Janns netcraft in Maumee and talk with them. If you are in the showroom they are willing to deal but not if you go through their site. I got a fury for $95 when I went. Quote

The NPAA is what every Google search leads to, however there appears to be differences from what everyone here Is talking about. 5 hours ago, DaveT63 said: Not to hijack this thread, but what is PAA? Still trying to get a clear answer myself. I've been looking for a club that does community stuff and offers discounts but so far... Quote
