Realizing the time of year it is and looking at magazines and gear reviews then looking around and realizing I won't be fishing for at least another year or longer. It's more depressing then grinding of gears

That's a fairly grim and narrow perspective regarding your fellow man.

Perhaps you could consider hanging around a different crowd.

A-Jay

every people has done this so hanging with different crowd doesnt make a difference

I don't think he was begging just asking for prayers that's all very far from begging.

this guy who hates begging

A huge difference between begging and needing support. I fully support and will say a prayer!

peta, i found a girl, took her out to a dinner last night and told her that i like to fish/hunt, she got all mad and threw water to me. i found out that she is aganist fishing and hunting, thanks a lot freaking peta

I submit that P.E.T.A. wasn't the problem.

I like screwing with the animal lovers

Well there's a huge difference with an animal lover and the neurotic workers at PETA.

Them idiots believe in total animal liberation, they are an animal rights group, completely different than some who loves animal, in fact PETA hates all animal owners, the owners who love their animals.

Hypocrites, PETA is their name.

My gears are grinding about freshwater fishing in South Florida. No, it isn't the fish, it's the filth! I have been doing quite a bit of freshwater fishing lately, much of it in Broward county, and these canals are disgusting. Muck and algae are one thing to contend with, not that I really enjoy that either, but the amount debris is just terrible, takes the joy out of fishing for me. No fish is worth the effort if I have to deal with that crap.

Fishing freshwater in Michigan was a pleasure, shore or boat, the lakes I fished were clean.

Agreed, Snook. It seems that a lot of the inland waterways down here are getting worse and worse. Some of the debris I've seen recently has been downright disgusting. I expect there to be some, that's part of life. But I'll be damned if it hasn't gotten really bad over the last year or so.

Tailgaters

Drivers who use the turning lane as a merging lane...( I've seen so many head on colisions from dumbs doing this)

Drivers merging a mile, half mile, etc before the merging lane ends.

Stoping on the cross walk forcing pedestrians between cars or out in traffic.

Drivers in a hurry to get to to next red light.

Seeing open water everywhere except the launch.
