Super User roadwarrior Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 Brady vs Manning...Bring It On! So who do you like and why? Final score? I don't have a dog in this fight, but I like both quarterbacks. I'm expecting the Giants to win if they can keep it close. If the game turns into a shoot-out like a lot of people are saying, The Brady Bunch wins. Final: Giants 27-24 Quote
Blue Streak Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Two teams with good defenses and should be a low scoring game but I don't think it will be. I agree if there is a lot of scoring I will go with New England Quote
Super User Raider Nation Fisher Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 Might as well pick the giants. I believe I will watch th puppy bowl on animal planet though. Just cause I don't care for either team. 2 Quote
Super User South FLA Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 The Giants luck with the Patriots is about to run out, they pulled off a miracle in Superbowl 42 (thanks for that as a Phins fan) they did it again Nov. 2011, but its time to double down and pick the Patriots, they will not be fooled three times, Pats take this in a blowout, yes a BLOWOUT! Superbowl XLVI Patriots 31 Giants 17 Quote

JoePhish Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Giants win by 13. Eli puts the game out of reach with a 4th quarter TD. Giants already beat the Pats in New England without starters Nicks, Bradshaw and Baas. Brady is gonna eat dirt today, all day. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted February 5, 2012 Author Super User Posted February 5, 2012 Now we're gettin' down! I'm diggin' the trash talk... "Patriots 49 Giants 3" "Brady is gonna eat dirt today, all day" Quote
Super User K_Mac Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 I think there will be plenty of dirt eaten by both teams. Should be a good game. I'll take the Giants 20-17. Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 Pats 35 giants 24, giants score late td so it's a blowout. Quote
MrSwimJig Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Last time I checked their playing in a dome and their is no dirt!lol So Patriots in a close game!! Quote
Super User Shane J Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 Pats all day! Plus I think they're gonna smash NY. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 38-10 Brady........... Quote
Super User K_Mac Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 Last time I checked their playing in a dome and their is no dirt!lol So Patriots in a close game!! The "dirt" they will be eating is a composite mixture of sand and rubber according to the manufacturer. There will be less of it by the end of the game. Quote
preach4bass Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 I've got sloppy does, turkey sandwiches, baked chips, and chocolate pudding. As far as the game, I hope the Pats win. I respect what they've done over the past decade. But, mainly, I'm a Cowboys fan, and just can't stand the stinkin' Giants. Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 Who's going to get caught PEEING next to the gatorade cooler? What about Madona? I say her show is going to rock. Oh, back to the game. I pick the Pats. Why? because the Giants didn't have the best record going in and shouldnt be there. I don't like wildcard teams. I think the teams with the most wins at the end of regular season should play. Pats 31-24 Quote

Super User South FLA Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 So, you'd do away with the playoffs? And, the last time the Giants won the SB, wern't they a wild card? ?? Giants won their division and were not a wild card this year. Wild Cards in the AFC were Pitt and Bungals, NFC were the Dirty Birds and Kittens. What happens when you have a weak conference, such as the AFC West? That is why wildcards are great, they give a good team in a strong division a chance. Quote

I said they were when they beat the Pats in the Super Bowl four years ago. I agree with you, wild cards are great! Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 Pats 28 - Giants 19 I'm not a fan of either team. Especially the Pats. I think all the talk by the Giants this week is going to come back and bite them in the backside. I've never heard a Patriots team so quiet going into a game before. Those dudes are focused for this one. Quote
scrutch Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Just to be a nonconformist, and because I really want to see the Pats lose, I'm going with the Giants in a blowout...45-21 No logic used at all in this prediction, just emotion. All you Pats lovers will be crying in your beer....again. Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted February 5, 2012 Super User Posted February 5, 2012 I know they weren't a wild card team, but I don't think they should be in it. As far as playoffs go, I like watching them but no, no playoffs either. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted February 6, 2012 Author Super User Posted February 6, 2012 All up in the air...Great game so far! Now Madonna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted February 6, 2012 Super User Posted February 6, 2012 No blowout yet. 10 to 9 at halftime. Pretty close game. New England by 8. Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted February 6, 2012 Super User Posted February 6, 2012 Dang, Madona sounds the same after all these years. I thought she was good. Quote
