Just took my boat to the marina for some repairs and while looking at the prop I noticed that it is a 23P Trophy Plus...It's NOT my prop!! I thought it looked a little more beat up than I remembered, I just never gave it a second thought that it might not be mine!

My prop was a 26P Trophy Plus!!

Someone has switched me props without me noticing!

Today is a bad day! I'm ready to fight now! I wish I had caught them in the act!

Wonder why if they were gonna steal a prop they would go through the trouble of putting another one on at all??

Either way it stinks.....I HATE thieves

I've been pondering all that in my head today. Insurance is probably a no go. I think they probably put another prop on so I wouldn't notice right away and call the cops. That's my best guess. I'm really peeved.

The only logical "last hope" is that my mechanic took it off for some reason, then mistakenly put this one on in it's place. I'm gonna call him tomorrow.

could it be that a friend of yours did it as a joke? Maybe he has just been waiting for you to notice.

Naah. It's been too long for any of my friends to have waited. I don't have any friends that would do such a thing really. Still have no answers. I guess I'll be calling Mark from Mark's Props soon to get it refurbished, or maybe I'll just buy a new prop. Either way, I'm out at least $350.

Well... I would look at some of your neighbors who have boats. Think about it. The average thief would not replace the prop with an old one 'cause he is going to be long gone before you notice it. Replacing the "stolen" prop would indicate that the thief was concerned you would notice the prop gone. I'd be willing to bet... you will find someone nearby with a prop "really similar" to your missing one. Just my 2¢.

You're probably right. I think it probably happened at the launch, or in a parking lot while i was at a restaurant or something. I don't have any neighbors who have bass boats. My neighbors are all pretty good friends. Someone didn't want me to notice for sure. I guarantee one thing, it won't happen again.

Such a drop in pitch should have been quite noticeable on hole shot.

Twas. I remember noticing the difference in performance, (most notably the loss of top end speed), but I can't remember exactly when that was last summer.
