Super User Shane J Posted January 29, 2012 Super User Posted January 29, 2012 Well, my "Great day on the river", was pretty good, but not quite as good as today. Same Moaner Predator jig with Rage Tail Baby Craw trailer, that I was using my last outing. I also caught fish on a Tx rigger Lobster, and a drop shot today, but my two best fish, just so happen to be my two new PB's. First one was the LM, that went 8-3. about a half hour later, same jig, my biggest ever smallie, at 5-14. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted January 29, 2012 Super User Posted January 29, 2012 HOLY SMOKES ! That is Out-Standing ! A Double PB - In January - In New Hampshire ! My good man, YOU are living LARGE. Nice Job - Congrats. A-Jay Quote

U Da MAN Shane and I'm proud for you pal You're beating the odds in your part of the country for BIG fish and numbers as well as illustrating that action trailers work regardless of water temps You're on FIRE and keep it up! Super User Dwight Hottle Posted January 29, 2012 Super User Posted January 29, 2012 Outstanding Shane. That largie PB will be tough to beat up there. I predict that your new smallie pb will get beat. Congrats. Quote
MaineBassMan Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 WoW!! way to go man!! I have about another month and a half before I can wet a line. Not allowed to fish rivers, brooks or streams until April 1st. The lakes are still hard but the way this winter has been going so far we might have ice out some time in March!! Usually doesn't go out until April 20th. So I've been cleaning rods and reels and blowing money on new tackle in the mean time. You had and awesome day on the water! Quote
jeremyt Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Thats just unbelievable, awesome job Shane. I bet that is a memory that will live forever. Quote
Fishmaster10 Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Two in one day had to be a great feeling, WTG! Quote
paul. Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 is that lm blind in one eye? if so that is an absolutely incredible catch. to reach that size that far north is amazing by itself. but to reach that size that far north being blind in one eye, that fish has defied all odds. wow! both are great fish and a big congrats to ya. SmokeRise1 Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 My lake completely melted this week so I'm going to have to rig up some Rage Craws and hit it this weekend. I'd be thrilled to pull in fish only half that size. Great job! Quote
Super User BASSclary Posted February 7, 2012 Super User Posted February 7, 2012 I would encase that jig and trailer in a glass show case. Imagine if all that power got out to the general public, or if you lost it Quote
