I am a member of FLW and I am looking for a boater who is also a member of FLW and would like to fish the tournaments in the Illini Division for the FLW Wal Mart Bass Fishing League (BFL).

If anyone is interested in partnering up, please let me know. I will help pay the cost for fuel for the boat.

I could most certainly be wrong on this but aren't the partners drawn randomly.

Yes that is true but if you link with a boater when you sign up it guarantees you a spot or at least first priority on the boater draw.for a spot to fish.
