I am looking a galvanized trailer for my boat. If my bottom width is 60 inches, will a 64 inch wide trailer work? I am just not sure how much clearance I would need on each side. Thanks

You'll need to measure the height of the fenders, and the distance between them. Let's say the fenders are ten inches above the bed of the trailer. You'll need to measure the width of the hull ten inches above the boat's bottom, where it will sit over the trailer's axle to determine how much clearance you will have at that point.

Thanks,

I never thought about it that way, but now that you mentioned it, it does make perfect sense.
