So I remember reading in the news a while back that a certain organization wants everyone to refer to fish as Sea Kittens. My question is this. What if the fish doesn't live in the ocean? Is it then named for whatever body of water it is caught in? IE: Lake Kittens, Creek Kittens, River Kittens, etc etc. Or do you put the its name in front of Sea Kitten? IE: Bass Sea Kitten, Pike Sea Kitten, Hammerhead Shark Sea Kitten, etc.

Like I said its just a stupid random thought. So what do yall think?

I think they should be named for the type of water body they were caught from. I also think I may have put way too much thought into this.

Hey, don't think it can't happen. The Golliath Grouper was named "Jew Fish" before it was changed several years ago.

Also, does that mean the word "fish" will longer exist?

I would get into trouble if I used another word for "kitten" so I will just add that the suggestion is down right stuipd.

I will be heading to New Orleans for the BCS game and will be in the French Quarter so I guess I need to call the pretty young girls "kittens" or something else.

Am I a dirty old man or what???????

I love dripping wet kitties. Sometimes if they're lucky I'll even kiss the wet kitties after pulling them out of the bar I mean water.

Seriously though we shouldn't even acknowledge these retarded PETA ideas.

I can understand catfish having kittens. But really, shouldn't dogfish have puppies. And, maybe groupers should have groupies. Sheepshead - lambs, etc.

Do fish qualify as brain food because they are so often found in schools? Are monkfish celibate?
