Super User Gone_Phishin Posted December 30, 2011 Super User Posted December 30, 2011 Chris Spielman is a door knob. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted December 30, 2011 Global Moderator Posted December 30, 2011 Wish I could have watched it. Following it on the computer at work just isn't the same. Quote
BassResource.com Advertiser FD. Posted December 30, 2011 BassResource.com Advertiser Posted December 30, 2011 I could not watch it. After watching the FSU/ND game which was mostly defense, trying to watch 2 tea bag defenses bored me to death. Quote
Super User NorcalBassin Posted December 30, 2011 Super User Posted December 30, 2011 Funny how the offense/no defense games take at least if not more heat than the defense/no offense games. I can appreciate a 9-6 OT battle between the two top teams in the country (that game was far from perfectly played by either team), but if it's just a couple middle of the pack schools than I'd personally much rather see a shootout strictly for the entertainment value. It was like watching a video game. Those D coordinators probably didn't sleep very well last night. Washington's got to be regretting trying to "slow it down" in the 4th quarter. Quote
Ima Bass Ninja Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 I prefer to watch good offense vs good offense rather than good defense vs good defense games. But the ones that are truly intriguing are the good offense vs good defense games such as Oregon vs LSU to start the year . Quote
Super User Marty Posted December 31, 2011 Super User Posted December 31, 2011 Obviously terrible defense, but as entertaining as it gets, at least for me. I think if someone was told that Baylor scored 67 points and that it wasn't one of Griffin's better games, they'd raise their eyebrows. I thought there was something wrong with the audio from the game announcers. Their voices seemed to lack clarity and volume. Did anyone else notice this or am I imagining things? Quote
CAdeltaLipRipper Posted December 31, 2011 Author Posted December 31, 2011 I was ticked when washington fumbled the kickoff return because i wanted to see the points record be broken because i knew if baylor got the ball back theyd just take a knee Quote
Super User Marty Posted January 1, 2012 Super User Posted January 1, 2012 Not shockingly, Washington fired its defensive coordinator and two other defensive coaches Saturday. Quote
