paul. Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 here's some more fish from the past couple weeks including a couple of nice ones from this evening. the fishing is absolutely nuts right now if you can find 'em. i think i had my limit in 10 minutes today. catching 2 keepers on one cast helped. today's bag included largemouth, some big whites, a few yellows, and some skipjacks (could've done without those). get out there if you can. Super User Goose52 Posted December 28, 2011 Super User Posted December 28, 2011 Outstanding! Glad that the river is still hot for you!! After having a pretty good bite through mid-December, my little neighborhood lakes up here on the plateau are finally getting pretty cold and the bite has fallen off significantly... Quote

paul. Posted December 28, 2011 Author Posted December 28, 2011 Great fish Paul! I hope to get out on the TN River Friday. Are you fishing jigs? no. squarebills, jerkbaits, and rattlebaits. always fishing in less than 10 ft. of water. most of the time a lot less. Quote
Packard Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Unbelievable for the time of the year. Our smaller lakes are just now starting to ice up in Michigan. Quote
