NBR Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Glenn, I'm having trouble opening up any forum. It is not consistant but from time to time I'm told that Bass Resource is not available. This is just a FYI. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted December 14, 2011 BassResource.com Administrator Posted December 14, 2011 Everything on this end checks out, and nobody else is reporting problems. It sounds like there's an issue somewhere between you and the site. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted December 14, 2011 Super User Posted December 14, 2011 Every thing works fine, like anything it takes a little time to get used to it, visually the new forum is great to my eye. Quote
Super User Fishes in trees Posted December 14, 2011 Super User Posted December 14, 2011 I used to be able to get into the forums at work, but I haven't been able to this past week. I don't know what's up. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted December 14, 2011 Super User Posted December 14, 2011 I hate to say, but clear your cache and reboot. It resolves 99% of the issues. Quote
Super User Fishing Rhino Posted December 14, 2011 Super User Posted December 14, 2011 I have an odd glitch that pops up now and then. For some reason, when I start typing a reply, it will occasionally be in italics. Have to click on the italic Icon to switch back to the vertical font. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted December 14, 2011 Super User Posted December 14, 2011 You probably accidentally fat fingered Ctrl-I. It happens often when typing "I" since the Ctrl button is just below. Quote
Pete-K Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 If i try to use my Google Chrome browser I can't log in and have issues also. But using Internet Explorer it works. This may be your issues also? Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted December 15, 2011 BassResource.com Administrator Posted December 15, 2011 We don't support Chrome (yet), so that might be the issue. We support IE, Firefox, and Safari, which covers nearly 90% of all our visitors. In addition, we're completely WW3 compliant. So when the Chrome developers tighten up their standards, more sites will work in it, including ours. Quote
