OK guys, time to get off the pot, so to speak. All who are or think they might be interested in the get togethers, now is the time to step up.

I cannot speak for any other boaters, but Gramp, Tate and I are making ourselves available. What we would like is for everyone else to step up and decide who will be willing to take charge and coordinate our outings.

So, what you need to do is set up a meeting, time and place. Gramp, Tate and I are pretty flexible. Now is the time for input so we can get together and get the ball rolling.

Last year the foundation was put in place. It's up to all who want to be a part of this to speak up.

The door has been opened. Come on in, and let's get it figured out together.

I would love to help out, I don't think I'm qualified being so far away, but I am willing to do whatever I can to pitch in. As far as meeting this winter, Saturdays wold be best for me, and I am also a non boater, so i would need to hop in with someone when the time comes.

whenever you guys would like to meet up would be fine with me. some weekend evening would probably work best. I don't mind trying to help out with organizing one or two of these in my area. theres a bunch of great bog ponds on the south shore. as a non boater(hopefully not for long) I would have to jump in with someone.

maybe we try to figure out a somewhat central location and head out for a few cold ones and some appetizers to get ideas from everyone. I think this format is great as it's about having fun.

Allright....when..... where..... who's coming? Let's get started.....Anyone.....anyone?

how many guys do we have and where would be a central loaction? thinking somewhere around 95 or 24/495 area? not sure where guys are coming from. I'll do some leg work on finding a place.

any chance we could do Sunday evening. I have an awards banquet that night to attend. otherwise I'm pretty open. Bass Pro restaurant may also be an option as I'm sure nobody has a problem taking a trip there. the food is cheap enough and a few cold ones never hurt anybody. it would be a little further for any cape guys though so up to all of you. I can be anywhere in about 30-45 mins on a weekend.

Bass Pro Shop closes at 7:00 p.m. on Sundays. I'm not going to be able to make it for that meeting, but I'm about as flexible as it gets to participate in the "get togethers". Retired for all practical purposes. No kiddies to worry about, and an understanding wife.

Gramp, Tate and I are pretty much on the same page. It's important for everyone else to participate. Time to get started. Fishing season is around the corner.

this kind of got dead ended? anyone up for meeting in the next two weeks? We could also just do it on here if that would be easier for everyone. Would be nice to meet everyone in person though.

side not: got out on Monday and managed a few bass at Santuit Pond.

I use to fish Santuit all the time ..... did they get the water circulators installed yet? I think they were doing 3 of them.

Meeting? Did somebody say meeting? I'm ready...where?.....When?.......Can I come too?

not sure about the circulators. freind went there today and got 8 keepers. had one big fish but dropped it at the boat. another friend of mine is setting up a small open tournament there in a week or two so we've been doing some recon.

Hello hoist n hogs. I would like to be your non boater. Maybe we can meet and fish some time in the near future.

Glad to see the interest guys ...... we really do have a good time with these and it is a good opportunity to fish some different waters and to meet and share knowledge between anglers.

Hoist-n-hawg do you usually get a Mass license?

Over looking my avatar, I'd be very interested. 14ft jon with an 8hp cuts it. Most likely an open seat as well.

I made 1 last year H-N-H and had a lot of fun. I'm glad you're in. You still have your club together for this year?

Glad to be involved. No club this year. Just fishing a few T's here and there, but mostly hunting BIG HAWGS! Lots of night fishing this season. Heading to the Cape Sunday :eyebrows:
