Ok men, time to have at least one NEGT before the end of the year! Jiggy, GundleLover, Jonesy, Rhino, Deak, Freebie, Sleepless, Hoist-em-hogs, the-one-that-got-away, tugandpulls, others, .... what do you say... time to get together?

Cochichuate bite will be on in September .... lots of fish and big ones in that places ..... should be a fairly central location so lets see if we can make September work. I'm think Rhino might be away on the 16th so perhaps if we delay a week or two he will be back from his trip to the South.

Sept 16.....Sept 23.....Sept 30..............Vote............ Serious voters only please.....

The wife has told me that Sundays in Sept "should" be available. So looks like I'm in for any Sunday in Sept. My only disclaimer is I have three kids and don't know if something pops up last minute that needs me in attendance. But as of right now, looks good.

Since Sundays are the proposed day, I looked at the Pats schedule in case anyone has season tickets. Their only home Sunday game in Sept is the 16th.

Maybe it would work to plan one in early Sept and another late Sept/early Oct, just in case someone can't make one of them? Just a suggestion.

There is no tournament event scheduled for Sept 30, that is my pick and a 7am start should work as the park is not officially open so the gates will be open early. If we want a meal after then plans should be made here for all to see. I will be there with an open back seat. This is a fine opportunity and all are welcome. State your intentions clearly please.

September 30 is perfect, I will also have a back seat open. I think we plan a little nosh after the fishing .... I can bring my portable grill and will bring paper plates, hot dogs, burgers and rolls/buns.

I would be delighted to fill either seat if one of you would have me. I can also bring food for the grill. Just shoot me a PM or post here. Thanks!

At the moment, it looks like a go for me.

It depends on our younger daughter in GA. It looked like she might need surgery sometime in September, but, according to some tests, and an MRI, that might not be necessary. At least it's not urgent. Exploratory surgery is still an option. The bugaboo is that she has paid all the deductibles, and her insurance kicks in, so they will pick up any tabs for the rest of the year. If she does not have surgery this year, she'll have to once again pay her portion upfront for the new year, should surgery be called for.

She will be having a second consultation in the next week or so before making a final decision. September and October are her two slowest months for her business of boarding and training dogs. Come late October through the Christmas/New Year holidays she is swamped with business.

As of now, I'll be there and have an empty seat, two if need be.

I'm in for the 30th, but I'll need a seat in someone's boat if there's one available.

You're welcome to ride with me, be happy to give you a ride over as well. Just come over to the house that morning.

Fantastic! I'll need to know where to meet, and when...

I live just off the 495/109 exit in Milford which is on your way to Cochituate .... if you want you can park at my place and we can head to the lake from there which is 20 minutes from my house.

I sure do apreciate that. Just let me know he address, and time to be there. Also let me know anything I should bring as far as food, and I can help out with fuel as well if you like.

I'm unfortunately up in the air, we just had a family tragedy and life is crazy right now. I probably wont know until the last week or so, I will check back then and if I'm a go, I will check on a seat for my fatass.

Hey Guys,

I would just like to start my apologizing for falling off the planet. I have been working for a private equity firm as well as full time education and crazy does not sum it up. I do not believe I have fished more than twice this year and both times were for about 2 hours at sunset, by sunset I mean until I really could not see my line in a green light.

Grampa, Rhino, Tate and all, I hope all is well. I hope to catch up at some point though I believe 2012 is out for fishing for me. Tight lines and again, sorry!
