Super User iceintheveins Posted July 7, 2009 Super User Posted July 7, 2009 I rig a senko on either end. I start with the fat and then when that's torn I go to the other end. When that is all torn, I then wacky rig it. Quote
Big Mike in Fl Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 a fluke... yea... try it... you'll thank me for it. Quote

OIFBasser Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 backward is excellent for crawbaits as well. When you say rig a craw backwards, do you mean rigging it on the pincer end? Or do you mean the tail end? Quote
Super User Raul Posted July 9, 2009 Super User Posted July 9, 2009 What is a tail-less grub? A grub without tail and a ball like end. Quote
detroit1 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I'm still stumped, Raul. I know of "twister tail", "paddle or boot tail","spade tail", but still no "ball tail". Who makes them and do you have a picture? The only ball tail i can think of is a stickbait with balls on both ends. Is it me? Am i the only one wondering what this is? Quote

Is there anything else you guys are rigging backwards? Ikas Beavers Tail Less Grubs Yamamoto Kreatures Senkos Senkos backwards? Okay Raul, it's on my "To Do" list Roger Oh God yea bro. EVERY time the fat end of my Senko starts looking like chopped hamberger, I re rig that sucker backwards. Gets me a few more fish for my money, and absolutely works just as good as rigging it from the head end. To be honest the Senko casts farther than any other worm I've used as it weighs more and is more has killer areodynamics, and when I rig it backwards it casts even further because there's more weight further away from the rod tip. Not a HUGE difference in distance, but it can give me a couple extra yards if I need it. Quote
Super User Muddy Posted July 18, 2009 Super User Posted July 18, 2009 I tried fishing backwards, I kept hitting my partner in the back of the boat, so i just found it is easier to fish facing the water ;D Quote
