Super User J Francho Posted November 29, 2011 Super User Posted November 29, 2011 Blue Craw gonna sell well up here. We actually have craws with blue tint after they molt. Quote
RyneB Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 I have a pack of those blue craws just waiting for spring to roll around. My first cast will have a okechobee craw color hack attack jig with a blue craw trailer. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted November 29, 2011 Super User Posted November 29, 2011 Yes Sir ~ that Blue Craw will be added to the arsenal. Blue seems to be a good sunny day color for me. A-Jay Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted November 29, 2011 Author Super User Posted November 29, 2011 The one on the far right with the blue is most common on the Tennessee River. But check out the one held in the blue glove. Can anyone say "Falcon Craw"? http://www.google.com/search?q=pictures+of+tennessee+river+crawfish&hl=en&prmd=imvns&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=dUXVTpHtN6XX0QGV5pmGAg&sqi=2&ved=0CEkQsAQ&biw=1093&bih=457 Quote

zell_pop1 Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 When are they going to have a Rage Craw/Chunk in half brown/half green pumpkin to match SK's Hack Attack/Tour Grade football jigs in green pumpkin craw color? Quote
flippin and pitchin Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 Sign me up. I like the Big O Craw and this looks even better for early spring in my region. Quote
rubba bubba Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 Color catches more fishermen than fish. I'm in for 3 of each! Quote

scbassin Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 Yesterday 4 of us drove up to BPS in M/B. So with all this chatter about Rage Tail I picked up 3 packs of craws. The colors are Summer Craw, Bama Craw,& Dirt Craw. The jigs I ordered from Mike are on the way & without having them I hope these colors work with them if not it's a Texas rig for them. Quote

Super User roadwarrior Posted December 3, 2011 Author Super User Posted December 3, 2011 So I'm at the local (Memphis) BPS today to pick up a couple and these colors are not there yet, nor the Falcon Lake Craw. Well, shoot! Back to online I guess. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted December 3, 2011 BassResource.com Administrator Posted December 3, 2011 I have the Falcon Lake Craw. The smallies just crush 'em! And I mean CRUSH 'em! Quote

Big-O Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 "Why the Falcon Lake Craw color works" - This Chart shows the same craws as noted on the link that RW posted... I think that many of us see Craw to Craw If you notice the name in the bottom right illustration "Orconectes Rusticus", Reckon the color of RUST has anything to do with that Big O www.ragetail.com Quote
MNGeorge Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Good news...just got my Rage Tail Blue Craws. They look way better for real than any online depictions I've seen...absolutely awesome color. Kudos to SK and Big O on this one. Bad news...probably won't get to use them until Memorial Day 2012. Quote
Big-O Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 When are they going to have a Rage Craw/Chunk in half brown/half green pumpkin to match SK's Hack Attack/Tour Grade football jigs in green pumpkin craw color? The Bama Craw color should fit the bill just fine for that... We have that in the Craw but not the Chunk at this time. Big O www.ragetail.com Quote
Big-O Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 And here's the Blue Bug color which is my best answer for Black n Blue.... It is Black/blue flake one side and Blue Saphire laminate on the other. When Black n Blue is hot, this color SACKS I'll try to get the other new ones posted sometime soon.
