chemist Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Hi. I just started fishing this year. I live in UC. Went to east fork park and winton wood during summer and Autumn. Only catched bluegills, carp, small catfish and crappie (very few). Could you guys tell me what to fish in winter. What kind of lure to use for winter fish. I do not have boat. Thanks a millon Quote
Sfritr Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 First off, Welcome to the site Second, winter fishing in Cincy may require a little legwork but there are some great local rivers to fish and the panfish action will really be strong until some ice. Sharon woods is a decent little lake for shore anglers as well as the Little Miami and Great Miami Rivers. Not a whole lot of places around UC. You'll have to venture north a bit. If you are ever around Lebanon, let me know Search around on the site, there are quite a few threads about local fishing holes in Cincinnati. Good luck and tight lines Quote
