This year, one gold one silver willow blades, white skirt..........changes year to year and sometimes season to season.  Of course here, we have almost summer, summer, just past summer, and summer is coming.

I like small silver double willow blades. I say small blades because size dictates the speed and depth of the bait. I like translucent type smokey or silverish skirts and bluegill and pumkinseed patterns as well.

White skirts work anywhere and are possibly the "universal color".

Frankly, unless the surface is very choppy, I never choose a spinnerbait in clear water.

Normally the same here, unless I'm burning a spinnerbait. In clearer water I prefer a swimbait. But as for colors,  Shad or white......

Double silver willowleaf blades with white, or translucent skirts.

I'm with MALTESE FALCON on this one. Double silver willowleaf blades with a translucent skirt. I'll either be throwing a 1/2oz and burning it or I'll drop down to an 1/8oz or 3/16oz size for slower conditions.
