Nkybassfisherman Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 Whats the difference between the 1.5 and the 1.0. I believe the 1.5 is 2 1/4 inches long. Is the 1.0 shorter? Quote
JigMe Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 not sure, since they are not even released yet. But i did pre-order them on ***, I can let you know once I have them. Quote
Super User tomustang Posted November 10, 2011 Super User Posted November 10, 2011 The series number are based on depth and size Model 1.0 - 3/8 oz. ; 2-1/2'' ; dives up to 4'. Model 1.5 - 7/16 oz. ; 2-1/2'' ; dives 3'-6'. Model 2.5 - 5/8 oz. ; 3-3/4'' ; dives 3'-6'. Quote

If i wanted the 1.5 to not dive as deep I would use heavier line. I wish they would make a 2" model. Quote
Super User Deleted account Posted November 10, 2011 Super User Posted November 10, 2011 Been fishing a 1.5 since last year (like all the other lemmings) and picked up a 1.0 at BPS last week, the 1.0 is a bit smaller than a Bandit 100, and has a sligthly tigther wiggle than the 1.5. Both catch for me, and at $6 I'll throw them where my Combat Cranks won't go. Quote
pitchinthejig Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 Odd I swore I saw some in bass pro like 2 weeks ago... my academy here has had them for about a month i bough 25 of them the day they got them ... the stock hooks are silly replace them fellas all my baits get the Owner treatment and the 1.0 will carry bigger hooks no problem. if you think the stock strike king trebles open to easy these will feel like paper clips they are very very thin. Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted November 10, 2011 Global Moderator Posted November 10, 2011 I've had a couple of the 1.0's for a few weeks now and have caught several fish on them. Got mine at BPS also. The 1.0 is a fairly small crank but it's still big enough to fish on a baitcasting gear. Quote
Super User Hooligan Posted November 11, 2011 Super User Posted November 11, 2011 The 1.0 has been out and available for two months now. I caught a lot of fish on them initially, then we got cold. The 1.0 is considerably smaller, it's a 1/4 ounce bait (roughly) and its shorter by at least 3/4 of an inch. Super bait for small forage lakes. Quote
