Super User Sam Posted October 20, 2011 Super User Posted October 20, 2011 So who can do this??? Quote
Quitlimpin Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 That's awesome. And yeah, I can totally do that..... Quote
tipptruck1 Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 If it is real it is cool. I just have a feeling that it is fake. There is to munch physics and odds involved to be real. Quote

Super User Sam Posted October 20, 2011 Author Super User Posted October 20, 2011 Yep, I thought it was photoshopped, too. But if it is fake it was a very good professional work of art. I hope someone on the Forum knows about the video and the guys in it and if it is real or fake. Quote
BassThumb Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 It looks like fake to me, but it could be real. The ball travels too straight from the bat to the first net out at the shortstop position. Baseballs hit with aluminum bats that squish and expand(trampoline effect) spin like crazy and tend to move all over the place on a liner like that. On the other hand, the nets do shake naturally when contacted and the ball loses energy with each net it hits. If it is a fake, it's very well made. Quote
royal0014 Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Methinks too much physics involved to be real. But, if it is real, that's talent. And bravery on the part of the pitcher to stay put like that, esp. with two balls going. Quote
Eriewormer Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 If it is real he should go on next seasons America's got Talent. Quote
Clancy W Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Fake, watch the first net it hits. Where dose the ball go? Clancy W Quote
