With all the searching, reading and talking to people this is the marketing/advertising/promotion proposal that I have put together. I was hoping to find someone to take a look at what I have put together. I'm not looking to sign with Ranger Boats or Evinrude Outboards. I'm starting small, some local business around my home town.... My entire proposal is made as a PDF file and it will not let me upload all 3 parts on here. My job sent me to Panama for some vehicle testing and just got home and was checking my profile....
