RAMBLER Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 I had some Strike King Red Eye Shad in Sexy Shad color that swelled up and would not work. I sent an e-mail to Strike King about them. I got an immediate response from Mark Copley in TN, telling me to send them to him and he would replace them. I sent 3 each 1/4 ounce and 1/2 ounce lures. In a week I had 4 of each delivered with a white Strike King hat. Great customer support there. Quote
