Super User A-Jay Posted September 30, 2011 Super User Posted September 30, 2011 Came across this - looks like fun for the surfer and for any large nocturnal aquatic species of the area. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqfWeV6MBZ0&feature=player_embedded#! A-Jay Quote

Super User clayton86 Posted October 4, 2011 Super User Posted October 4, 2011 Looks fun but I'll stick to the cold version that and there's not many mages in lake Ontario and Erie Quote
bocabasser Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 i used to surf daytona beach pier at night all the time. my friends brother went to embry riddle university and we would visit him all the time. the lights on the pier were plenty bright enough. as for the sharks, i've seen lots of them during the day. singer island pumphouse ALWAYS has a bunch of sharks when there's waves. when the mullet are running, so are the sharks, bluefish, snook, tarpon and every other palagic. just gotta block 'em out.
