WdyCrankbait Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Looking for suggestions for productive shallow cranks for this time of the year. Things are starting to cool off and I love me some crankbait fishing! (maybe I am missing some cranks) I have read through the Squarebill thread, most suggestions there I already employ. Thanks, Wdy Quote
Super User Marty Posted September 29, 2011 Super User Posted September 29, 2011 I'm very pleased with Heddon Swim-n Images, which reach a depth of 18" per the manufacturer. Quote
Diablos Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I use the Lucky Crafty flat mini sr. They dive about 2ft. Quote
Red Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 I like a Bandit 200, I know it dives to like 8 feet, but I throw it right to the bank and bang it off the bottom and whatever else is in the way with great results. Quote
flippin and pitchin Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Bandit 100/200 series are hard to beat. I still like the Luhr Jensen Speed Trap in 1/8 and 1/4 OZ. These are my go to baits in the fall for 5 feet or less. Quote
