A friend of mine recently asked me about Smallmouth bass in NC. I am not an avid fisherman for the smallmouth. So I couldn't tell him where the best locations are. I only know of them being popular in the mountian areas, but have heard of them in rivers such as the Haw, Eno, and Cape Fear. Any advise?
