Anyone else go to BPS site and find the information that you used to be ables to access is no longer there? Example. I went to check on an Extreme widespool reel as they are $49.99 (a steal) and they do not list the features like wide spool, flippin switch, etc. I found the one that holds the most line so I assume that's the one but what happened? Now if you want to place an order on the phone due to price match or some other reason, what do you tell the operator.

What's the part #? Uh well, I don't know. I think this is it. Can't be that hard to include a picture of the product, all relevant information associated with it etc. etc. Just my daily rant.

Lures seem to have more info.

Gimme back the old site. Sometimes change isn't a good thing.

I work at in the Marine department at Bass Pro, and we've answered many phone calls in regards to this. Heck, our computers in the store are too old to even handle the site, so we cant even access the website either.

Bob at the BPS catalog outlet in Springfield may be able to give you the info you need.

Call the main store at 1-417-887-7334 and ask the operator to connect you to Bob in the outlet rod and reel repair.

I don't even bother to shop at BPS on line anymore. If I am in Myrtle Beach I'll stop by the store but it's been over 4 years since I've been to the Beach. I don't buy anything from them anymore.

I think BPS changes their site every now and then just so they have a reason to delete some of the negative product reviews.

"Oh, it must've been lost during the upgrades.":D
