pussiwillow Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 hello guys i stumbled upon this bait while doing a little research on bed bugs for a company i work for, its made by garneau baits and its called the bed bug, has anyone tried it? looks pretty unique to me a little pricy but was looking to give it a try and wanted to hear feedback before, well heres the link http://www.garneaubaits.com/bed-bug.html Quote
Super User clayton86 Posted September 18, 2011 Super User Posted September 18, 2011 I seen them last winter they look really nice along with some of there other baits but iv never ordered or used any. Quote
endless Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Is those antennas? Wow very long if so. Never know give it a shot. If can and not sure about these still, I would pick up one pack on another placed order in your favorite color if they have it and go from there. At least then your not getting burnt if you do not like the product. Did you check youtube to see if have any videos? Or maybe try to do a online search for a review? I did see they have a video on their site. Seems all the action is in the antennas. I wonder how durable those antennas will be? Quote
pussiwillow Posted September 18, 2011 Author Posted September 18, 2011 i havent come across other reviews or anything just there product demo video is all i came up with Quote
ripinthem Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Haven't caught anything on them. Probably a true bed bait in very clear water. Quote
Bass Junkie Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 The antenna are Peacock Herl, so I doubt they'd be overly durable... I use the stuff for fly tying and it is fairly brittle..... Maybe one fish a bait imho. Quote

I was thinking the same thing and I bet they aren't as selective as we are when choosing one to wrap on a fly body. Quote
