I love when the bucks 'herd' up before the rut, then they hate each other afterward :) 6 buck and 2 doe were in this group. They were about 100 yards out, pushing the limits of my lens, so they are kind of blurry!

Hope they make it a few more years... I'd let some of them pass, but that one would be hard to pass up!

If its brown its down where I hunt I only hunt 55acres with tons of people around me pushing so if we don't shoot some one else will so we don't pass anything up unless there babies really. We still manage big bucks though iv never been out to see bucks herded up like that it would be cool.

The 8 point in the first picture is a nice looking deer. He'd be really nice deer in a year or two but like you said he'd be hard to pass up if he gave you a shot.

nice deer, i've seen a couple about that size this year scouting. doe came in today, buck comes in in 2 weeks with the bow, cant wait!
