I think that is pathetic. A man, a family, having some bad time running the team, will probably still bust their hump and pump in their life savings into the team for who knows how long, and you are hating on that???? Dude, you have some serious issues. 1

Dude, you have some serious issues. Their not busting their hump, they know you can put out crappy product and still make good money in the cash cow that is the NFL. If you bust your hump, hopefully your team would be decent in a 20 year period, not the bungles.

Pretty funny Grundle. Don't like the post about Peyton though.

Super User Raider Nation Fisher Posted September 9, 2011 Super User Posted September 9, 2011 Wow everyone hating on Father Al. Awwww who am I kidding I love the Silver and Black, and dislike most of the decisions that he makes. I swear that the man is like a roach. He just won't die or go away. Quote

Super User SirSnookalot Posted September 10, 2011 Super User Posted September 10, 2011 The ford family Without question. William Clay Ford ( his son is at the helm now ), bought the team in 1964 and since that time probably the worst professional team of any sport, haven't won a championship since '57. The Ford's have hired terrible personel, Russ Thomas, Matt Millen. The equation is never there, good players and bad coach or good coach and bad players. Total wasted the talents of Barry Sanders. Ran out to the Silverdome, where they were known as the Pontiac Pu$y's, glad they are back in Motown, but ball games at tiger stadium were something special, what a shame. Quote
Super User Sam Posted September 10, 2011 Super User Posted September 10, 2011 Little Danny Snyder of the Washington Deadskins. Season usually ends around the third game of the season. His selection of coaches is awful. His selection of quarteracks is even worse. Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted September 10, 2011 Super User Posted September 10, 2011 Does any one remember Art Modell? He stuck the dagger in Cleveland's heart long before Lebron did. Quote
Aaron Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Saw the thread title and immediately thought this was a thread about Al Davis. I am a Raider fan, btw. Quote

Super User 5bass Posted September 11, 2011 Super User Posted September 11, 2011 Al Davis is all by himself on top of the worst owner list. Although his knowledge of the business of the game is still immense, his ego gets in his way and everyone else's way as well. He's dragging the team down and has been for about a decade now. You know it's bad when you offer head coaching job interviews to people (who have probably dreamed of that all of their life) and some of them won't even return his call. I'm a Raider fan, by the way. Quote

tipptruck1 Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 It has to be Al. The raiders don't have a 1st through 3rd round pick next year because of him. I really feel sorry for you raider fans. I swear the older he gets. The crazier his actions become. He has the money to get good players. He could have a great team year after year. Just he dose what ever he wants and don't listen to any one. I also feel sorry for the browns and lions fans. Both of them teams have a long history. Some of it good. Most of it bad though. Quote
