dhami013 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 My heavily scented baits like Powerbait or Lake Fork stuff, I'll keep in their bags but my Zoom stuff I keep in my Plano. Along with my jig trailers. This isn't bad is it? I just find it more handy to have them in the Plano then to have them in their bags. What do you guys think? Quote
Quillback Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I have kept plastics in a Plano, mostly Zoom and haven't noticed any problems. But I have switched to using the bag type tackle organizers and Ziplocs for plastics. Works better for me to leave the plastics in their original bags and put them in Ziplocs organized by type, for instance I have a Ziploc for big worms. Quote
Bass Junkie Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Planos are worm proof. Don't worry about it. I've put every type of soft plastic you can think of in those things and never had a problem. Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted September 4, 2011 Super User Posted September 4, 2011 I think as long as you keep the colors seperated you'll be OK. Quote
CSimon2 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I have had some plastics in a Plano box for 10+ years. No issues. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted September 5, 2011 Super User Posted September 5, 2011 My soft bait fishing is done only when I'm foot, I only use fluke type baits. I just carry the bag they came in in my pocket, with a few xtra hooks or jigs heads. Quote
Avid Angler FL Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Yeah you're probably good. I prefer to just keep them in the original bags though, they're pretty handy, since my clear Plano trays in the bag are almost full with hardbaits! Quote
