Super User SirSnookalot Posted September 4, 2011 Super User Posted September 4, 2011 Hard to settle on 1 but Australia or New Zealand would not be a bad choices. Lots of avid fisherman, tackle can easily be bought and many types of species to target, fresh and saltwater. Quote
SDoolittle Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I'd go to Mexico. Margaritas, senoritas, and bass fishing... who could ask for anything more? Quote

Super User Bassn Blvd Posted September 4, 2011 Author Super User Posted September 4, 2011 Mexico is too violent for me to put up with. Too headless bodies all over the place. I think Canada would look nice, but so would Australia and Cost Rica. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted September 5, 2011 Global Moderator Posted September 5, 2011 Canada would be fun, until it got cold out! I can deal with heat but I just can't deal with sub-zero temps. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted September 5, 2011 Super User Posted September 5, 2011 Growing up in Detroit we lived minutes from Canada, so many times we fished the Canadian side of Lake St Clair and Lake Erie, I always thought the fishing was better and much cleaner over there. I have made a number of trips to more northernly Canadian destinations, excellent fishing, beautiful lakes and some of the most friendly people I have encountered, I just love Canada. Quote
