Holy crap is making a smoothie that friggen hard. Me and the wife went to tim hortons because she wanted a strawberry smoothie. Well this place took 45minutes and 7 tries to make a smoothie! A fricken smoothie are u serious what kinda lowlifes is this place hiring that they can't throw some strawberrys ice and a yogert mix in a blender and push a button. First they made it wrong after waiting 13minutes 13 minutes for the first attempt! They made a strawberry bananna and blueberry smoothie when we asked for just strawberries. But holy crap there iq must be in the negatives to have taken 45minutes to blend some fruit and ice. We were the only people in the joint to they were dead slow we ended up getting our money back and my wife is calling the owner who's a friend of ours.

It was just stupid there's 2 of em 1 in medina 1 in albion there like 10minutes on a slow drive apart both under the same owners but its like night and day service between the 2. Albions with the cold stone cremery atached absolutly sucks prices and food are never consistant. All the kids work at the bigger one in albion where we went and the owners kids(in there 20s) work at the newer smaller one in medina and its super nice they almost never mess up and when they do there polite and fix it fast.

Do they make it in front of you? If they do, perhaps a "hey don't throw any blueberries in there" would have been helpful. And if they make it out of your sight, why would you want to eat it after these "lowlifes" made it without you watching?

Me and My wife got one yesterday and it only took Carver's employees less than 2 minutes...LOL.I must say they were pretty awesome too.

The first time we went threw drivethru so we didn't see em make it all the other times they did it infront of my wife and still couldent get it right they blamed it on the strawberrries being frozen.

Having spent a lot of time in Canada on business, the worst part was staying in a small town where all they had was a Tim Horton's. I think they're one of the worst fast food franchises in North America.

I never had a Tim Horton, not even sure they here either. When comes to smoothies for me and the wife it's either Tropical Smoothie (good wraps as well) or Orange Julius. Sucks to hear Clayton. Any word on the report to owner?

Yeah tim hortons is a canadian company and only have franchises along the us canada border states. Idk how it went when my wife called joe the owner I was back to work this was on my lunch.

Why not just make your own smoothies? I make strawberry-banana smoothies at home in a couple minutes in the blender.

1 banana

1 c strawberries

1 c orange juice

1/2 c vanilla yougurt

1 1/2 t suger

1 t milk

Blend it up and enjoy! Save money and headaches next time.
