Distracted by a boat that set up right on top of us(only us and them on the whole lake)My buddy and I both were fishing wacky worm in deep hole, in 100 + heat. As the J@ck@ss finally left I noticed my line tightening, soon followed by partners line. After we both set our hook I reeled in a bass with another wacky worm in it's mouth. Ya the line led to my partners pole.THE SAME FISH AT THE SAME TIME, never imagined it.

Me and a buddy were out on my offshore boat fishing for swordfish. We set 4 lines at depths of 250, 150, 75 and supposedly a flatline(surface). We were sitting back talking and we figured out that the flatline was actually set at 75 feet as well. I had just told him that if a sword takes one he will surely take the other. I hadn't hardly got the words out of my mouth when one rod doubled and a few seconds later the other doubled over. He got on one of the Shimano 50 wides and me on the other. In less than five minutes we had double marker sword on the deck. One of my best memories while fishiong with a friend.

A buddy & i were fishing in Quebec for walleye. We were both fishing ball head jigs tipped with night crawlers when we each got bit. Sure enough a walleye picked up both our jigs & was hooked twice in the upper mouth. As punishment for his actions he was eaten for dinner.

When I was in the Air Force, a coworker told me of a tournament he was in where he and the boater picked up the same bass on their plastic worm(s). An argument ensued over who's fish it was and the boater was shot and killed. Okay, I'm embellishing about the latter part but according to him they did have a rather heated debate over whose fish it was. Doubt there's any rule over this issue.

Not the same, but funny... My Father, Uncle, and I were fishing an old submerged Erie Dock. Tons of rocks and crap to get hung up on and my Father "susposedly" gets this great bite, but his line snaps. We ride him that its was just a snag and to learn the difference. Next day same location my Uncle catches a nice bass gets his hook out and says "What the hell" he then proceeds to pull out my Fathers hook and worm from the previous day. Needless to say we heard a whole bunch of "Told ya so's" and from then on its never a snag with him.

I hooked a bull red and my dad was reeling in his line and while I was fighting the redfish, he turned and surged after my dads bait and ate it too! Stupid fish knew he was hooked, but just didnt care. Its alot easier reeling in a redfish with two rod and reels tho.
