Looking For A Humminbird

My son just bought a 15' tin boat and asked me for my advice on a Humminbird, so I thought I would check here for him. He would like to do this as cheap as he can, but he would like:

Navionics capable

GPS

Color preferred, but black and white are ok if he can get the first 2 options.

If we can find what he wants where is the best place to buy it?
