hey guys, i was going to try out this technique and i was just wandering which plastics do you guys used that makes this technique productive?

I use just about any straight tail worm. I've tried it with a ribbon tail but it seems to get wrapped up to much.

I use the zoom trick worm. I have to wrap a rubber band around the worm near the eye of the hook to keep it from slipping and tearing up the plastic.

I like the Damiki products. Specifically the finesse miki and the hydras. There are videos of the hydra on you tube. I ordered mine immediately after watching those videos so definitely check them out.
