Looking For A Good Fish Scale

I was wanting to buy an electronic fish scale. I looked on BPS but the reviews are not that great. Anyone have a recommendation?

Where do you hook the fish to weight it? Do you poke it through the fish's lip somehow?

I hook it through my ardent smartcull.

Through the membrane on their bottom lip.

I have the Berkley. Works awesome! I hook mine under the gill plate, making sure there are no gills under the hook. No problems so far.

Not my experience with Berkley "lip grip" scales. I took mine back, very inaccurate
