Favorite G-Man Jigs? (Siebert Outdoors)

First off, I'm not a jig guy. Never had much luck with them. But this year I decided to try a few, including G-Man's lures, and now I'm a firm believer! By far, this is my most productive jig this year:

The thing I like about his jigs it that if you are looking for something specific and he doesn't have it he will do whatever he can to help you out. His jigs are always top quality.

At the RoadTrip this year, Mike was kind enough to give me several of his jigs. Two of them have been very productive for me this year. So much so that I haven't really used any other jigs at all so far.

The larger of the two gets fished with a Lobster as a trailer and the smaller one gets a Baby Rage Craw. Deadly combos.

When the fishing season is over I will be sending those both back to him so he came match 'em. I'll be stocking up on those, you can bet your hind-end.

He makes a danged good jig, and is a heck of a nice guy to boot.

Wide gap and finesse jig are my favorites.

Wide gaps get either chunks or paca craws as trailers and the finesse jigs get the smallest craws I can find.FLW made some great mini craws that are now gone.

I'm gonna bet a good 80-90% of my jigs in my boxes come from him.

I have a 1/2oz Football with black and a touch of pink and white in the skirt. I call it 16 and Pregnant. Smallies crush this thing.

I've been using his Grass Jigs as Swim Jigs, Blue head with green and blue skirt.

All of G Mans jigs are GREAT with my favorites being the ones I'm getting in the next couple of days He's making some SUPER JIGS for me and Paul... We might call'em BOP jigs... For Big O and Paul When we get'em and G Man says it's OK, we might even show'em to ya The BIG MEAN Tanks that some of us ARE FORCED to do battle with, require a BIG MEAN set up and G Man knows how to make that happen! I don't have a favorite. I have boxes stuffed with many different kinds. G-Man's jigs are the only ones that I buy.

i have 2 boxes full of his jigs top quality at a great price what else can you say....Mike is one of the best people to do business with.... cusom made me jigs with the colors i needed....i e-mailed him a pic described what i needed and he delivered a quality product in time for a tourney......he has my business for life...

G-man's finesse and Elite G swim jigs have been outstanding for me. I fish Ozark Rivers primarily and the Missouri Craw color has been money. In fact, fun little story. Passed another little jon boat on the water yesterday as they were taking out/I was putting in the river. I asked how they did and were very rude and told me don't waste your time you wont catch anything fishing behind us. Well after they were passed by me I made my first cast with a G-man jig and boated a very nice smallie that they witnessed. I guess a previously caught fish will come back and hit a G-man Jig

Just got my last shipment of crack (jigs) last night. The silver/black head, oil skirt swim jig is pretty awesome looking.

I have a few favorites from G-Man. I regularly use the Grass jigs, Elite Wide-Gaps, the Finesse jigs, and the MATA wide gap (MOP). My favorite regular colors are the Missouri Craw, Grasshopper, PB&J, and Black/Blue and most of the time I use a Rage Tail Craw, Rage Tail Baby Craw, Rage Tail Lobster, or Chompers skirted twin-tail grub as a trailer. I always have a G-Man jig of one kind or another tied on one of my rods every time I go out. Three years ago or thereabouts I decided to give Mike's jigs a try because his prices were good, he was local to my state, and his posts seemed to indicate he was a good guy. Except for some Shaky-head jigs, his jigs are the only ones I buy now.

(I forgot to mention the standard green pumpkin color. A green pumpkin jig and a Rage Craw in Summer Craw color kills when I fish lakes with 2 feet of visibility or more.)
