Fat-G Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 I think I'm about to hit a growth spurt. I've eaten two whole chicken and parm dinners from Joe's for lunch, a box of pasta, two salads, ice cream, 6 apples, a whole bag of baby carrots, and just finished half a bag of pita chips and hummus. I love hummus. And I'm still hungry. Oh, I ate 5 big bowls of Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast. Here's a snack you guys should try - sounds weird but comes out pretty cool. Take a full pita chip and smother it with hummus, dip in the end in blue cheese, add two halves of a baby carrot, and put a big dash of Sriracha Hot Chile Sauce on top. It's so good. I think I ate 15 of them. What do y'all eat for snacks at night? I also like making a whole pizza... Oh the joy of a young, fast, growing metabolism. Quote
Fat-G Posted August 10, 2011 Author Posted August 10, 2011 Update: 2 mangos and half a pizza, as of five minutes ago. Think I'm done. Quote
Super User BASSclary Posted August 10, 2011 Super User Posted August 10, 2011 Sriracha is the stuff. I just ate a whole pan of hamburger helper, with double the ground beef. I think I might eat a sandwhich now to hold me off until my mom takes me to Taco Bell for fourth meal. Im thinking 5 burritos and 2 soft tacos, with a gigantic Baja Blast for sure Cant decide which burritos though? Quote
Super User Sam Posted August 10, 2011 Super User Posted August 10, 2011 Enjoy it now while you can. Sooner or later your metabolism will slow down and up goes the weight. I graduated high school at 155. Graduated LSU at 160 Got married at 165. Now am up to 200 and doctor is on my case to lose 30 pounds. Look at your parents. That is probably how you will end up. And as my father-in-law told all the grandkids: when you are thinking of marrying a girl take a look at her mother. That is what she will turn out to look like later in life. Quote

GTrombly Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 Yeah I used to eat a box of pasta every night with butter, garlic, and Parmesan. Then I would have some pb and banana sandwiches with a lot of milk. I entered HS at 130, graduated at 185. My sophomore year of college I was at 240 due to all the lifting and protein shakes/supplements our football coaches told us to take. Now I'm at 250ish and trying to get down to 200. Quote
Fat-G Posted August 10, 2011 Author Posted August 10, 2011 PB and banana sandwhiches are too good. I ate a pizza for breakfast and a whole bag of baby carrots. I really like carrots. Quote

boystcroix Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 I would eat a box of cereal every night before bed when I was still in high school. I weighed 215 then, now 255 and probably don't take in that many calories all day. Quote

Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted August 11, 2011 Global Moderator Posted August 11, 2011 I used to eat everything when I was in highschool. Graduated highschool at 160. Started lifting weights and bulked up when I got into law enforcement and got up to 180. Now that I'm married I'm a soft 210 and get worn out way too fast. I get heartburn, gas for days, and stomach aches for no apparent reason, didn't have any of that in highschool. Enjoy it while you can, I'm only 25, things go downhill fast after highschool. Quote

You got that right! Highschool weight was 135-145 (wrestling weight), college I was at a healthy 175-180, and after getting married and having a full time job I am at 206. I plan on starting to run in the mornings and working out, but have to be at work by 6am so 4am comes around pretty early, especially when you have a nine month old. Quote
